About Daniel Otto-Appiah
RMT
Daniel is a registered massage therapist (RMT) and a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. With over a decade of experience in both fitness and strength training, Daniel brings a comprehensive approach to client care. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, seniors, and individuals with neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy.
In his massage therapy practice, Daniel incorporates anatomical acupuncture, neuro-functional acupuncture, manual lymphatic drainage, postural realignment, myofascial release, and Swedish massage. His deep understanding of the body’s mechanics allows him to tailor treatments to each client’s unique needs.
As a fitness trainer, Daniel has coached various sports, including swimming and kickboxing, with a strong focus on weight lifting, mobility, and rehabilitation. His dual expertise in both massage therapy and fitness enables him to support clients in achieving optimal physical health and performance.
